Do I need a referral?

What should I bring to my appointment?

What if I don't have insurance?

We offer a sliding fee scale based on income for uninsured patients. We also have payment plans available. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.

When do I pay my copay?

Copayments are due at the time of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
